We’re an HVAC shop, not a data company. Here’s exactly what this website collects and what we do with it.

When you request service, an estimate, or book a time through this site, we ask for what we need to show up and do the job: your name, phone number, service address, city, the service you need, and any notes you choose to leave. Email is optional and only used to send you confirmations.
We also keep basic technical details with each request (the page you submitted from and your browser type) to keep the forms working and to filter spam.
To contact you about your request, confirm and manage your appointment, show up at the right address, and — after a completed job — ask once for a Google review. That's it. We don't sell, rent, or share your information for marketing, and we don't run third-party advertising on this site.
If you email or text us directly, we use that conversation to help you and keep records of the work.
We contact you by phone or email about your own requests. If we add text-message confirmations in the future, you'll be able to opt in or out, and message and data rates may apply. We never use your number for bulk marketing without your consent.
Requests are stored in a secured database (Supabase) and delivered by email (Resend) to the shop. Our site is hosted on Vercel, which collects anonymous, aggregate analytics (page views, device type, country) — no cookies that track you across sites, no personal profiles. Your appointment page uses a private link unique to your booking; keep it to yourself, since anyone with the link can view that appointment.
Want to see, correct, or delete what we have on file? Call 986-666-9009 or email MTLHDHVAC@GMAIL.COM and we'll take care of it. You can cancel an appointment from your appointment page or by calling the shop.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date below. Continued use of the site after a change means the new version applies.
